They were the only ones who took the time to find the right house for us instead of sending generic matches like the other. We have now used Grayson Florence to buy one and sell two houses and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. David and his team are extremely helpful and hard working, and will give you a service much better than you’d get from a high street estate agent. They really are available long hours and are happy to communicate how it suits you, including modern methods like What’s App. In the future maybe more estate agents will be this helpful and change their methods to be better for clients, but right now, use Grayson Florence. I can not recommend Grayson Florence highly enough! They were recommended to me by friends. When I first met David he told me “I’m not here to sell your house, I’m here to help you move”. He asked what I wanted, which was “my least stressful move yet”, and that’s what I got! It was a short but tricky chain and took a while, but I did very little apart from complete and sign forms.
